The next 18th international conference Radiation Effects in Insulators (REI-18), is in Jaipur, India
The 17th International Conference on Radiation Effects in Insulators
REI-2013 (June 30- July 5) will be the 17th International Symposium in a series of conferences
dedicated to research relating to radiation effects in insulators and non-metallic
materials, which is held every other year.
REI has a long successful history. Since its first edition in 1981, REI has been the international forum to present and discuss the latest achievements in the field of insulating materials modification through different kind of radiation source (ions, electrons, neutrons...).
The REI conference is one of the most prominent and long-running conference series in the field of ion and neutron radiation effects in materials.
The proceedings of the conference will be published in a special issue of Nuclear Instruments and Methods B (NIMB) after a full refereeing procedure. The length of the proceedings papers will be 4 pages in the final printed format for oral and poster presentations, and 8 pages for invited presentations. Manuscripts are to be submitted electronically to the Elsevier proceedings site and in two paper copies to the organizers by the first day of the conference (July 1).
